Bad burn is probably right, lets face it its not that diff to screw up a cd burn if you aint used to doing it or careful about how you do it.. loadsa folks had problems with missing files after a bad burn using nero, guess that they failed to use 'disk at once' and used 'track at once'by mistake instread.

I don't think that should be the issue, though, since I do get audio and visual when I play a dvd in nero.
